Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring all protective nets and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the lace is intact and the hair is unaltered, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
